We love Hana Tonic, and we think you will too. If you find that our products don’t meet your standards, just let us know and we’ll provide a full refund within 30 days of purchase, even if it’s open or used. We will also pay for the shipping!

To initiate a return, just email hello@hanatonic.com and provide proof of purchase.

If we need the item back so we can inspect it, we will send you return postage, typically within 24 hours. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If requesting a refund, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  If requesting a replacement item, it will be shipped out on the next business day.

This policy is only applicable for products purchased from us directly at  www.hanatonic.com. If you purchased from a different retailer please refer to their return/ refund policy.
