To initiate a return, just email firstname.lastname@example.org and provide proof of purchase.
If we need the item back so we can inspect it, we will send you return postage, typically within 24 hours. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If requesting a refund, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If requesting a replacement item, it will be shipped out on the next business day.
